The self check-in kiosks were super convenient. The casino felt a bit cramped and lacked a vibrant atmosphere. Eataly has great food options; definitely worth a visit.

Staying here was a dream for my weekend strolls as I easily walked to The Strip in just over 10 minutes, enjoyed the stunning sights of the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden and Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino, and found delicious dining options like Eataly and the Italian restaurant within the complex; the staff were super friendly, and the hotel features a nice pool area to relax after a long day exploring, but the resort fees could use some rethinking.

Great location and outdoor pool. Check-in process was confusing and took too long.

Love the smoke-free environment and modern decor. The Eataly food court is a fantastic dining option. Had some noise from adjacent rooms, which was a bit distracting. Enjoyed the casino layout and variety of games available.

Celebrating my son’s 21st birthday was special. Ana’s kindness and the stunning room with a view made our stay unforgettable. The non-smoking policy was a huge plus, and the location made exploring the strip easy. the room’s lack of coffee maker and fridge was annoying, especially for my husband’s diabetes. Noisy neighbors and weak soundproofing were distracting. We loved the amenities like Eataly and the free tram, but cleanliness at the pool was lacking. It was an adventure with great moments, but a few hiccups kept it from being perfect.

The rooms were super comfortable with a big shower that had amazing water pressure! The pool area was gorgeous, and I never had an issue finding a lounge chair. Plus, dining at Eataly was a delicious highlight of my stay!
Would definitely recommend! 🎉💖

I love the poolside seating when you can actually sit there. The central location is perfect for grabbing food or drinks. The spa experience was fantastic, especially thanks to Teddy, the talented hairdresser.
Watch out for the drink prices at the pool bar, they’ll leave you questioning reality.

I can't believe how long check-in took! We arrived at 9 am, and our room wasn't ready. Totally ridiculous!

I felt like a fancy French lady dining with 4 Michelin chefs and enjoying the chic beach setting. The Meeting Center was a fresh place to inspire connection with its dynamic design.
How delightful to stay in a room reminiscent of Versailles with a bathroom smell straight out of a dungeon.

Park MGM is ideally situated at the southern end of the Las Vegas Strip, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. The pools are impressive, and the staff is attentive.

The location was perfect, close to the T-Mobile arena and a bunch of stores. Loved the Eataly food court inside! the staff was super nice and helpful. The cleaning crew did a great job too!
Room decoration was tacky and outdated. Small room without a fridge or microwave - was tough with the kids.

Spacious room, spacious bathroom with a lovely view of the strip and excellent water pressure in the shower that made my stay so enjoyable.
Everything was just right.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. there was an absence of coffee-making facilities, which was disappointing. The temperature control worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant level. I experienced a loud intercom disturbance that interrupted my rest, which was unsettling. The décor featured a bold red theme, not to my personal taste, but it didn’t detract from the overall comfort. The lack of a fridge was inconvenient, especially for keeping drinks cool.

The location was spot on, right near all the action on the Strip. The public areas had a really modern and fresh vibe, which I loved. The pool area was also a great place to chill and soak up some sun. But, there were definitely some areas that could use improvement. The check, in process was a bit of a hassle, especially having to create accounts and not being able to talk to a person right away. the in, room facilities felt a bit lacking compared to other hotels in the same price range. Limited storage space, lower quality furnishings, and smaller rooms left something to be desired. One thing that really stood out was the incident with the incorrect room key. It was pretty scary to walk into a room that was already occupied, and it could have been a much more serious situation if the guests inside weren't understanding. The staff handled it quickly, but it was definitely a major mishap that put a damper on the stay. Park MGM has its pros and cons. The location and modern feel are big pluses, but the room facilities, check, in process, and the room key mix.

A great location, right in the heart of the action. The vibes are surprisingly boutique amidst larger hotels. Rooms are clean, with comfortable beds and powerful showers. The express tram offers quick access up the Strip. Eataly and the Cuban food truck are culinary highlights. service proved inconsistent—some staff were excellent, while others lacked patience. Room cleaning was unpredictable. Disappointingly, no fridge or kettle standard; a morning coffee ran through Starbucks queues. A major concern was the unwarranted cleaning fee and poor handling of an initial room mix-up. Attention to detail and staff training require improvement. Despite some setbacks, it remains a strong value choice.

First, we jetted to the French Riviera, sipping on the fanciest drinks while overlooking the dreamy blue waters. Then, we rocked up at the Monte-Carlo Casino, feeling like ballers in a movie scene with all the glitz and glamour.

Great location near popular stores and a concert venue inside the hotel. The variety of restaurants, pool, gym, and club made it convenient staying in. The mobile check-in option was a time-saver and the friendly hotel staff were a plus!
Upon arrival, had maintenance issues with a panel removed from the wall and a dirty bathroom. The unapologetic reception and delayed resolutions were disappointing.

Experiencing the magical sound and light show at the majestic Monte, Carlo Casino was truly unforgettable. The breathtaking views of the sparkling Mediterranean Sea added an extra layer of charm to the vibrant Lebanese, Mediterranean cuisine at Em Sherif Monte, Carlo. It was a dream come true.
My children wanted more kid, friendly activities available on, site.

During my stay at the Park MGM, I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The rooms were spacious and the beds were cozy, allowing me to have a good night's sleep. I was lucky enough to have a pool view, which added to the overall relaxing ambiance. The location was perfect, as it was convenient to walk to nearby attractions such as Aria, the Bellagio, NYNY, Planet Hollywood, and Paris. Additionally, the hotel provided various amenities like a 24-hour reception, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, and more that made my stay even more pleasant.
The absence of a coffee maker and free bottle of water in the room. It would have been nice to have these amenities readily available for guests.

we had a great stay at Park MGM, very central hotel, only 5-10 min stroll to Bellagio Hotel. Spacious room, facilities including the pool area and onsite restaurants were great, especially enjoyed Best Friend. Large, comfortable rooms with great views. the hotel is in a fab location with easy access to Aria and Bellagio via the tram. A game changer for our Vegas experience with the property being non-smoking, and the fresh vanilla smell was appreciated by my children as soon as we entered the hotel. the Eately experience was nice too, although we wished more options were open due to the current circumstances.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes 😊

We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful remodeled ambiance at the hotel. The room was immaculately clean and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of self-check-in and the delicious food at the Eataly marketplace. I highly recommend this hotel.
